Our viennoiserie is made using quality ingredients produced in the UK. Shipton Mill flour and The Estate butter skilfully prepared giving you a flaky buttery bake.
Perfectly paired with a selection of delicious preserves by The Jam Shed, Lytes Cary. Current flavours consist of Apricot and Amaretto, Raspberry and Lemon curd.

Best consumed on the day of delivery or if being kept till the next day, warm through in the oven at 180C for 2-3 minutes
